The 'Talent School' will train unemployed or underemployed individuals in digital literacy, providing them with a general understanding of the fundamentals of programming and cybersecurity. The project aims to supply the workforce with newly trained professionals.
It consists of offering a course in digital literacy associated with a selection procedure that allows acquiring general knowledge on the basic foundations of programming and cybersecurity.
It also aims to test the 'soft' skills (soft skills) of the participants in a double aspect: those necessary for better integration into the workplace (communication, project management or teamwork), and those necessary to train a better use of the training programs that will be taught in the second phase of the project. These are: Training in Python language for 30 students and Training in Cybersecurity for 30 students.
